Each religious congregation is called to participate in the work of realizing what Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King called “the Beloved Community” – a world where relationships are grounded in love, justice and health for all.  Our hope for this is radical hope.  And in our contemporary world, we can expand our understanding to include healthy relationships with the natural world and our planet – the Beloved Earth.
